Bam Bam Bakery offers gluten-free baked goods for the discerning palate. All of our goods are made from scratch, gluten-free, and we think you will find they taste better than their conventional counterparts. Our favorite treats are always available, but we are constantly dreaming up new delights, so our menu changes with some frequency. Let us know which goodies are your favorites.

Our  store has a full range of gluten free goodies, but if you need something special, we can do that too. Many of the items we make can be altered to accommodate special dietary needs. We can add or remove specific flavorings, colors, eggs and sometimes other ingredients too… Whatever it takes to make healthy and great tasting goodness. Stop by or give us a call to find out if we can make that special treat you’ve been dreaming of! We might even add it to our regular menu.

Why Gluten-free? Glutens are common in many of the foods we eat and affect everyone differently. People with Celiac disease cannot eat glutens at all, while others find that glutens make them feel less than awesome. We decided to do something about that. Using select ingredients, we’ve removed the gluten and created some of the most delicious treats that still have that taste and texture that you have always loved.

Bam Bam Bakery was started by Bevin McNulty in her home in early 2009. Her passion for cooking goes back to her childhood where she was heavily influenced by both parents who had great skill yet very different styles in the kitchen. This, combined with a serious sweet tooth, led Bevin to baking which has become her passion.

Bevin’s career has lead her many different directions. Health issues eventually forced her to remove gluten and dairy from her diet late in 2006. Since then Bevin has strived to find delicious gluten-free products that can satisfy her gourmet palate. Unimpressed with what was on the market, Bevin saw a niche that needed to be filled. The idea of
a gluten-free bakery was brought to life.

In 2008 Bevin graduated from The Natural Gourmet Institute in New York City. With her chef’s training certificate in hand, Bevin has since been working hard perfecting her recipes. Now she is proud to offer you the most delectable gluten-free products available. She thinks you will be impressed by the wholesome goodness in every bite!

In May of 2017, she decided to travel and enjoy Maine.  She sold the business with all the recipes included.  It’s still the same BamBam Bakery.
